                 Halogen Free Flame Retardent Masterbatch for Polyamide to get V0 stabley

This product is a functional masterbatch of MCA with PA6 resin as the carrier. It is mainly used in nitrogen-based halogen-free flame-retardant nylon system to give nylon products high-efficiency and stable flame-retardant properties.

Feature

1.  Compared with powder MCA, it has higher dispersion, and the flame retardant grade and mechanical properties (especially toughness) of the obtained product are more stable.

Recommend dosage

This product is directly mixed with materials in proportion to use, and the effect of extruding and granulating through a twin-screw extruder is the best.

Remarks
Before granulation and injection molding, the equipment must be carefully cleaned to avoid impurities that affect the flame retardant effect. In addition, the MCA masterbatch has been added with related additives, and there is no need to add antioxidants and lubricants separately during granulation to prevent these additives from adversely affecting the flame retardant effect. For the black masterbatch, it is recommended to use the organic black of the PA carrier to prevent the carrier resin in the carbon black masterbatch from affecting the flame retardancy of the MCA system.
