Introduction

FRT-20 is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant for epoxy composite materials, and fully complies with the EU RoHS and REACH regulations. FRT-20 has the characteristics of good dispersion, good stability and excellent flame retardant effect, low-smoke and non-toxic.

Recommend dosage:

Epoxy resin+50% GF: 29%-32% of FRT-20 to pass UL94_V0, with LOI above 33.

Epoxy resin+50% GF: 40% of FRT-20 can pass UL94_V0, with LOI above 42.
 

Precautions for processing:

1. The amount of flame retardant added can be adjusted appropriately considering the different content in the system and the thickness of the product.

2. After adding the flame retardant to the epoxy adhesive system and standing it for a long time, the flame retardant will settle, it's normal, just stir it evenly before use.
 

Packaging/storage:

25 kg/bag; transported as general chemicals, stored in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight.
