Mflam 1530 is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant for polyolefins, especially for PP glass fiber reinforced. PP treated by Mflam 1430, can reach UL 94 V-0 (0.8mm), and pass the 70 °C X 168 hours water immersion test (UL746C), while passing GWIT 900 ° C and GWFI 960 ° C glow wire test. Mflam 1530 can also be applied to glass fiber reinforced PP, can reach UL 94 V-0 (0.8mm).
In TPE application, Mflam 1530 is also a very good choice.Mflam 1530 is especially for glass fiber reinforce PP, and the PP which have the high requirement of high temperature and water solubility.
