Application:
Mflam FL endows polyester fabrics with excellent durable flame retardant properties. It is a flame retardant developed instead of HBCD. It is suitable for all kinds of textiles in public places or home life, especially curtains.

Performance:
1. It is used for the dyeing of polyester fiber in the same bath to give the fabric durable flame-retardant effect.
2. Excellent adsorption and good dispersion at high temperature.
3. Does not affect the color fastness of the fabric, and feels soft.
4. Environmental protection, in line with REACH standards

Instructions
1. Dye bath finishing process
Mflam FL 15-20% (o.w.f)
Dispersing levelling agent 0.5-1g/L
Acetic acid 0.5g/L
Disperse dye X% (o.w.f)
2. Washing process
Soaping agent 2g/L
Na2CO3 2g/L
Process flow: solution preparation→dye bath (bath ratio: 1:15, 125-130ºC×30-60min)→hot water washing→soaping or revivification washing (80-90ºC×20min)→hot water washing/water washing→ drying

Note:
When the color fastness is not enough, a reducing agent can be added for reduction cleaning. The specific process should be adjusted by the user based on the sample.
