Product Description

Introduction:
Mflam MB1430 a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant master batch for polypropylene, polyethylene and other advanced polyolefin products. Mflam  MB1430 Masterbatch contains acid source, gas source and carbon source, taking flame retardancy effect by intumescent flame retarded mechanism.
Polyolefin and glass fiber reinforced polyolefin with Mflam MB1430 Masterbatch can reach UL 94 V-0 (0.8mm) and pass Glow Wire test of GWIT 900ºC and GWFI 960ºC. The products with Mflam MB1430 Masterbatch are characterized by low density, good thermal stability, high flame retarded efficiency, low smoke generation and less mold corrosion. Polyolefin with Mflam MB1430 Masterbatch will not lead to the phenomenon of water-sliding surface during the process of extrusion  due  to  its  ammonium  polyphosphate  free  system.  Mflam MB1430 Master batch doesn't contain anti-dripping agent.

Advantage:
Mflam MB1430 is especially for glass fiber reinforce PP, and the PP which have the high requirement of high temperature and water solubility.
Another advantage of Mflam MB1430 is: the PP made by Mflam MB 1430 can replace of PC/ABS engine plastic, same function, lower cost.
