Application:
· Mflam MB ATO-PP85 is an antimony trioxide (ATO) masterbatch with PP as the carrier, which can be used in many kinds of polymer plastics. It has high flame retardancy and thermal stability.
· The antimony trioxide concentration in this masterbatch is 85%, and the PP carrier percentage is 15%;
· The product has efficient flame retardancy and thermal stability, and is very suitable for PP applications.
·All indicators are in line with EU environmental protection (RoHS, REACH) requirements.
· It can effectively avoid dust pollution in the production process, and the product particles are uniform, which is convenient for mixing and feeding.
·There is basically no loss during use, thereby reducing the consumption of raw materials and saving production costs.
· Compared to antimony trioxide powder, ATO masterbatch doesn't require approval for exporting.
Packaging & Shipping
The package is 25kg craft paper bag or on customer's request, and can be loaded 20mt with pallet in 1x 20'FCL.
