Application:
Mflam 2420 is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant especially designed for TPV, with phosphorus and nitrogen as the main flame retardant elements (the system does not contain APP); It mainly plays a flame retardant role by charring and expanding flame retardant mechanism. It has the characteristics of high flame retardant efficiency, good thermal stability, no precipitation, good water resistance, light aging resistance, low smoke and non-toxicity, and can pass UL94 V0 standard.

Shipping Information:
 The package is 25kg craft paper bag or on customer's request, and can be loaded
17.5mt with pallet in 1x 20'FCL.

Remarks:
(1) The material temperature should not be too high during processing, and a certain vacuum degree can be maintained during the twin-screw extrusion process.
(2) When FR-2420 is used in TPV, it is not recommended to use a strong shear screw combination.
