Inorganic Flame Retardant Synergist to replace part of Antimony Trioxide with Better Yellowing Resistance


Chemical Name:
Inorganic flame retardant synergist

Introduction:
Mflam S22 is a new type of nano type inorganic flame retardant synergist. It is ecofriendly and excellent performance product obtained by coating nano-powder material with multilayer capsules of organic material.
Mflam S22 can be used together with halogens or as a synergist for antimony. Due to the special coating treatment, it greatly improves the compatibility and adhesion with plastics, has a great viscosity reduction effect and increases reinforcing performance. Compounded with Sb2O3, it can greatly reduce the dosage of Sb2O3, and the mechanical property retention rate is more than 90%.
Other applications:  PE, PP, PBT, PA, ABS, PVC, PET, PPO, TPE, PC/ABS, blowing agent, and coating material.
