Halogen Free Flame Retardant Masterbatch for PA6&PA66, MB FR-14

Introduction:
Mflam MB FR-14 is organic phosphorus and nitrogen compound flame retardant masterbatch, suitable for PA6, PA66 (reinforced and non reinforced). The PA compound with Mflam MB FR-14 will have excellent electrical & mechanical performance. Mflam MB FR-14 is very stable in high temperature process condition, and will not have color change, also less gas during injection molding. It has good moisture and heat resistance, low precipitation and no metal machine corrosion.

Remarks:
1)We suggest adding antioxidant and lubricant according to different target color and injection mold structure;
2)The resin must be kept in dry condition;
3)When using twin-screw granulation to use the shear weak screw combination, with low processing temperature and high vacuum;
4)Toughening agents and polyolefins (PE/PP based compatibilizer) can seriously affect the flame retardant effect.
