Product Description

ADP / Depal Based Flame Retardant for Polyether Based TPU with Better Water Resistance
 
Application

Mflam 140N is a halogen free flame retardant specially developed and designed for Polyether TPU. It has good flame retardant effect and water resistance, can pass UL 94 V-0 grade (3.2mm/1.6mm, no drip).

Mflam 140N can meet the requirements of many fields such as electronics, electrical, wires and cables, and meet the current requirements for flame retardant materials to be halogen-free, low-smoke, and environmentally friendly.

Remark
  1. The initial thermal decomposition temperature of Mflam 140N in air is 300°C, so the processing temperature of the twin screw can be adjusted to enhance the dispersion and plasticization effect according to the specific situation. A certain degree of hollowness must be maintained during the twin-screw extrusion process.
  2. When applying Mflam 140N in TPU, screw combinations with strong shear are not recommended.
