Product Description

Mflam FR-35 (Aluminum Diethyl Phosphinate) is a halogen-free flame retardant with a high phosphorus content which is suitable for use in both thermoplastic and thermoset applications where the most stringent fire retardancy standards must be met. Due to its specifically designed particle size distribution, Mflam FR-35 is particularly suitable for very thin adhesive applications like flexible printed circuits. It can be readily dispersed in epoxy resin systems when a high shear mixer is used..

Due to its specially designed particle size distribution, Mflam FR-35 is particularly suitable for ultra-thin flexible copper-clad laminates (FCCL), FFC insulation films, and rings that require halogen-free flame retardancy and have higher requirements for various electrical properties and thermal stability. Oxygen resin-based copper clad laminate (CCL) and other high-end application fields.
  3. Mflam FR-35 can be added alone or combined with other halogen-free flame retardants and inorganic fillers to obtain higher halogen-free flame retardant effects and better comprehensive properties such as electrical, mechanical processing, and heat resistance. After adding the flame retardant, use a high-speed shear to stir or grind with a sand mill to optimize the dispersion effect of the flame retardant.
