Halogen-Free Flame Retardant Masterbatch for Polypropylene and Polyethylene

Introduction:
Mflam MB1520 a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant master batch for polypropylene, polyethylene and other advanced polyolefin products. Mflam  MB1520 Masterbatch contains acid source, gas source and carbon source, taking flame retardancy effect by intumescent flame retarded mechanism.
Polyolefin and glass fiber reinforced polyolefin with Mflam MB1520 Masterbatch can reach UL 94 V-0 (0.8mm) and pass Glow Wire test of GWIT 900ºC and GWFI 960ºC. The products with Mflam MB1520 Masterbatch are characterized by low density, good thermal stability, high flame retarded efficiency, low smoke generation and less mold corrosion. Polyolefin with Mflam MB1520 Masterbatch will not lead to the phenomenon of water-sliding surface during the process of extrusion due to its ammonium  polyphosphate free system. Mflam MB1520 Master batch doesn't contain anti-dripping agent.

Advantage:
Mflam MB1520 is especially for glass fiber reinforce PP, and the PP which have the high requirement of high temperature and water solubility.
Another advantage of Mflam MB1520 is: the PP made by Mflam MB 1520 can replace of PC/ABS engine plastic, same function, lower cost.
