Performance and Features

1. It is recommended for BS-5852 flame retardant test. The expected flame retardant effect can be achieved by adding a certain amount of Mflam 6808 to the fabric.
2. The fabric is soft to the touch after coating and has little effect on appearance.
3. Water-based color paste can be appropriately added according to the color of the fabric. Mflam 6808 can be used by back-coating directly, or foam-coating after proper adjustment.
4. Strictly control bromine substances and eight extractable heavy metals.

 

Scope of Application

Mflam 6808 is suitable for polyester fiber fabrics with coated suede or multi-layer composite suede, but not suitable for flat surface flame retardant coating finishing.

Recommended dosage:

Dry weight is around 120g/m2

Instructions

Process flow: base cloth→coating→drying (temperature 130ºC-170ºC).
Please select the appropriate processing temperature and coating times according to the fabric specifications, temperature resistance and flame retardant requirements.

Precautions

After this product is coated, it will turn yellow under high temperature conditions.
There will be a greasy feeling after contact with water, and there will be a certain weight loss.

Packaging and Storage

Packed in 140 kg plastic drums, 14mt/20'FCL, sealed and stored for 6 months at room temperature.

Remark:

There will be layering phenomenon during storage, and it must be stirred evenly before using.
