Application:
Mflam 1439 is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant designed by our company for polyolefin. It uses phosphorus and nitrogen as the main flame retardant elements (the system does not contain APP). It mainly plays a flame retardant role by charring and intumescent flame retardant mechanism. It is fully compliant with RoHS and REACH regulations. The biggest feature of this product is its better precipitation resistance and good processability. It also has the characteristics of high flame retardancy, water resistance, light aging resistance, low smoke and non-toxicity. PP treated with Mflam 1439 can reach UL 94 V-0 level, suitable for 5VA system.

Recommended dosage:
pp PE Flammability Standard
3.2mm: 22-24%
1.6mm: 25-28%
0.8mm: 28-32%
3.2mm: 28-30%
1.6mm: 30-32%

PS: it can be added 10-30% fiber glass in PP.

Shipping Information:
    The package is 25kg craft paper bag or on customer's request, and can be loaded 17.5mt with pallet in 1x 20'FCL.
Remarks:
(1) A certain degree of hollowness must be maintained during the twin-screw extrusion process.
(2) When Mflam 1439 is used in PP, it is not recommended to use a combination of strong shear screws.
