Mflam 1400 is a halogen-free flame retardant for polyester based TPU. It mainly acts as a flame retardant by the condensed phase flame retardant mechanism. It has the advantages of low added amount and high flame retardant efficiency. The surface of treated TPU is smooth, with strong resistance to precipitation, good water resistance, excellent migration resistance, superior electrical properties and low smoke and non-toxicity.
The package is 25kg craft paper bag or on customer's request, and can be loaded 17.5mt with pallet in 1x 20'FCL.
(1) The initial thermal decomposition temperature of Mflam 1400 in air is about 320 °C, so the processing temperature of the twin-screw can be adjusted according to the specific conditions to enhance the dispersion and enhance the plasticization effect. A certain degree of hollowness must be maintained during the twin-screw extrusion process.
(2) When applying Mflam 1400, please pay attention to the use of stabilizers, coupling agents, and other phosphorus and nitrogen flame retardants APP, MC or MCA, together with 1400.1. Formulation and performance:
