Properties and Features
1.Excellent effect of using in cotton textile.

Suitable for various Cotton fabric.
Introduction of Usage
Application of formulation:
Mflam CP 300-400g/L
Resin 6MD 40-55g/L
Phosphoric acid(85%)(pH3-4) 5-15g/L
Softening Agent 20-40g/L
Penetrating agent 0.5g/L
Technological process:
Liquid distribution→Padding one time(or Padding two times,pick-up 70-80%)→Pre drying(105ºC)→Baking(165~170ºC×2~3min)→Alkali washing→ Water washing→Drying.
Attention
1.It will affect Flame retardancy and durability of washing if lower temperature or
shorter time while baking.
2.It will affect the strength if over Qty of phosphoric acid, and will affect Flame retardancy and durability of washing if lower Qty of phosphoric acid. So it will be strict to use phosphoric acid.
Due to affection to the strength of textile, it should confirm the strength of textile at first.
3.After baking, the textile should be Alkali washed (Sodium carbonate:20g/L×40ºC×20min),water washed until to Neutral. To avoid the affection of strength and flame retardancy of textile.
Package and Stock
1250kg IBC , 250kg PE drum, 125kg PE Drum, or by request.
Keep in cool and dry place.
