REACH Registration Non Halogen Flame Retardant for Glass fiber filled PA6, PA66 Compound

 

Introduction
Mflam FR-13 is organic phosphorus and nitrogen compound flame retardant, suitable for PA6, PA66 (reinforced and non reinforced). The PA compound with Mflam FR-13 will have excellent electrical & mechanical performance. Could meet GWIT ≥750ºC, CTI >550V.

Remarks:

1. We suggest adding antioxidant and lubricant according to different target color and injection mold structure;
2. The resin must be kept in dry condition; 
3. When using twin-screw granulation to use the shear weak screw combination, with low processing temperature and high vacuum;
4. Toughening agents and polyolefins (PE/PP based compatibilizer) can seriously affect the flame retardant effect.
