Mflam AMH-02

 

Introduction
Mflam AMH-02 is a very low bromine cont ent flame retardant especially for PP to achieve UL94 -V2. It has high flame retardant efficiency, add 0.5% in homopolymer PP and add 1% in co-polymer PP, to achieve UL94 V2, with <900ppm Br in final PP compound, to meet Rohs requirement.

Remarks:
1)The process temperature of Mflam AMH-02 is recommended under 230°C,so the processing temperature of the twin-screw can be adjusted according to the specific conditions to enhance the dispersion and enhance the plasticization effect.A certain degree of hollowness must be maintained during the twin-screw extrusion process.
2)When add Mflam AMH-02 in PPit is not suggested to use Strong shear screw combination.
