Water-Based Environmental Flame Retardant Paste for Coating Polypropylene to Achieve BS5852


Main component: Polyacrylate composite with flame retardant additives

Performance and Features
1. After reaching a certain weight gain on the polypropylene fabric, the flame retardant effect is excellent, and it is especially suitable for BS-5852 flame retardant test.
2. The treated fabrics are medium soft and dry.
3. It can be coated directly according to the color of the fabric or after adding water- based color paste.
4. Excellent washing resistance.
5. Strict control on polybrominated diphenyl ethers and eight major heavy metals.

Scope of application
Flame retardant coating finishing of polypropylene fabric and polyester blended fabric. 
Recommendation dosage: 90-130g/m2 dry weight


Instructions
Process flow: base fabric→coating→drying (temperature 130ºC/140-160ºC).
Please  select the number  of coats  according to the  fabric  specification  and  flame retardant requirements.

Packaging and Storage
140 kg/plastic drum, 14mt/20FCL, the storage period is 6 months at room temperature.
Note: There is a slight layering phenomenon during storage, and it must be stirred evenly before using.
