Binary copolymer emulsion specially developed for water-based fireproof coatings coating auxiliary agent
Introduction
Resin-8010 is a binary copolymer emulsion specially developed for water-based fireproof coatings. It has many characteristics that ordinary emulsions do not have. A large number of experiments applied to intumescent fire retardant coatings have proved that it has a very good compatibility with intumescent flame retardant systems. After the coating burns, a relatively soft and dense carbon layer is formed, showing good fire and heat insulation. At the same time, the fireproof coating prepared with it also shows excellent water resistance, weather resistance and storage stability. It is very suitable as a base material for water-based steel structure fireproof coatings and decorative fireproof coatings.
Features
1. Thermoplasticity is much better than ordinary emulsions and will not affect the activity of flame retardants. Fire-resistant coatings prepared with it will not harden or embrittle the carbon layer during the combustion process.
2. Used in fireproof coatings, after burning, its foaming is dense and its expansion state is better than ordinary emulsion.
3. Based on the proper fire-retardant coating formula, a more flexible and dense carbon layer can be formed after burning.
4. Applied to fireproof coatings, it has good water resistance, weather resistance and storage stability.
Application areas
This product is very suitable for intumescent steel structure fire retardant coatings, decorative fire retardant coatings, textile flame retardant coatings, and can also be used for water-based interior and exterior wall coatings, waterproof coatings, and adhesive products.
