Product Description

Aluminum diethylthiophosphinate is a compound with the formula Al(PO2C4H10)3 and the CAS number 225789-38-8.

Diethylthiophosphonic acid aluminum is employed as an excellent, non-halogen flame retardant for engineering plastics, such as polyamide, polyester, thermosetting plastics, and elastomers. In UL94 flammability tests, such as the Hot Wire Ignition Temperature (GWIT) and Hot Wire Flammability Index (GWFI) tests, as well as the Dielectric Breakdown Index (CTI), diethylthiophosphonic acid aluminum has demonstrated superior performance in glass fiber-reinforced polyamide 6 and 66 composites, as well as various polyesters (PBT and PET).

Halogen Free Flame Retardant Mflam EC-19 is a halogen free flame retardant designed by our company, especially developed for Epoxy-composite system, with high phosphorus content as the main flame retardant elements.
