Product Description

Mflam BM-15 is a halogen free flame retardant designed by our company especially for PBT, with phosphorus and nitrogen as the main flame retardant elements. It has high flame retardancy efficiency, good thermal stability, no immigration, excellent water resistance, good aging resistance and low smoke non-toxicity.

Remarks

The initial thermal decomposition temperature of Mflam BM-15 is about 360 °C, so the processing temperature of the twin-screw can be adjusted according to the specific conditions to enhance the dispersion and enhance the plasticization effect. A certain degree of hollowness must be maintained during the twin-screw extrusion process.
