Performance and Features
1. After applying Mflam 6807S on the fabric, the flame retardant effect is excellent, and it is especially suitable for BS-5852 flame retardant test.
2. The treated fabrics are very soft and dry, with excellent elasticity and bulkiness.
3. Can be used for both knife coating and foam coating.
4. Strict control on polybrominated diphenyl ethers and eight major heavy metals.

Scope of application
Flame retardant coating finishing of synthetic fibers, cellulose fibers and their blends.

Instructions
Process flow: base fabric→coating→drying (temperature 130ºC-150ºC).
Please  select the number  of coats  according to the  fabric  specification  and  flame retardant requirements.

Recommend dosage
1. For BS 5852 source 0, the recommend dosage is 50-80g/m2.
2. For BS 5852 source 1, the recommend dosage is 90-120g/m2.

Packaging and Storage
140 kg/plastic drum, 14mt/20'FCL, the storage period is 6 months at room temperature.
Note: There is a slight layering phenomenon during storage, and it must be stirred evenly before using.
