Product Description
Mflam RP 905 is red phosphorus masterbatch is made of microencapsulated red phosphorus and new material toughening agent as carrier, after special process treatment, melt blending and granulation. It is an efficient and environmentally friendly halogen-free flame retardant with high phosphorus content. , less addition, high efficiency, wide range of uses and other advantages. It works better when used in conjunction with magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide.
Features:
- High phosphorus content, high flame retardant efficiency, the addition amount of 3-5% can reach V-0 (2mm) level;
- No dust pollution, excellent processing performance;
- Finer particle size: Mflam RP905 contains microcapsule-coated red phosphorus with a particle size of smaller than 2500 mesh, with finer particle size, better dispersion and compatibility, better anti-precipitation, smooth and bright appearance, suitable for wire and cable materials;
- Good anti-precipitation: the improved coating process is coated with organic resin, the surface of red phosphorus is changed from inorganic to organic, hydrophilic to hydrophobic, better compatibility with wire and cable materials.
