Application:
Mflam TC100 is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant designed by our company for polyolefins with phosphorus and nitrogen as the main flame retardant elements; it mainly plays a flame retardant role in the formation of carbon and expansion flame retardant. It has high flame retardant efficiency, good thermal stability, no precipitation, good water resistance, light aging resistance and low smoke and non-toxicity. PP treated by Mflam TC100 (adding 25%-28%) can reach UL 94 V-0 (1.6mm). Mflam TC100 can also be used in glass fiber reinforced PP, and can reach UL 94 V-0 (0.8mm).

Shipping Information:
The package is 25kg craft paper bag or on customer's request, and can be loaded 20mt with pallet in 1x 20'FCL.

Remarks:
(1) The initial thermal decomposition temperature of Mflam TC100 in air is about 280 °C, so the processing temperature of the twin-screw can be adjusted according to the specific conditions to enhance the dispersion and enhance the plasticization effect. A certain degree of hollowness must be maintained during the twin-screw extrusion process.
(2) When Mlam TC100 is used in PP, it is not recommended to use a combination of strong shear screws.
