Product Description

Mflam ADP (Aluminum Diethyl Phosphinate) is organic phosphorus and nitrogen compound flame retardant, suitable for PA6, PA66, PBT (reinforced and non reinforced). The PA/PBT compound with Mflam ADP will have excellent electrical & mechanical performance. Mflam ADP is very stable in high temperature process condition, and will not have color change.

Remark
 
  1. We suggest adding antioxidant and lubricant according to different target color and injection mold structure;
  2. The resin must be kept in dry condition; 
  3. When using twin-screw granulation to use the shear weak screw combination, with low processing temperature and high vacuum;
  4. Toughening agents and polyolefins (PE/PP based compatibilizer) can seriously affect the flame retardant effect.
  5. Mflam ADP could be mixed with MPP, MCA, Zinc Borate as synergist to get efficient FR performance.
